Due to the nature of digital content (including but not limited to downloads, workbooks, recordings, templates, and online materials), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

• You are receiving immediate access to digital content.
• You waive any right to a refund once access or delivery has been granted.
• No exceptions will be made for change of mind, unused products, or accidental purchases.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase so we can assist with delivery or access issues. This policy applies to technical support only and does not constitute eligibility for a refund.
